Also, Pygmalion planned to release a website with their model, so if they ever finish it thats another option. For now mythomax on agnai is likely the best free option if you dont want bother hunting proxys that use stolen keys like a crack addict or scrape keys yourself.

Just wanted to thank the anons that maintain this thread. Just spent several hours talking to the L Bae from the card archive and I'm completely blown away.

This is my first time actually using an LLM and I am completely dumbfounded by how well it tracked context, what we were doing, where we are etc. I took "Bae" to a completely different place from the original scenario and it had absolutely no problem keeping that context. These things are fucking nuts.

I was using OpenRouter as my backend, which was mostly feeding me MythoMax.

I also completely corrupted the card and turned her from pure horn-dog to lovey-dovey horn-dog, which is fun.

Sorry for the "lol, newfag" gush. I just needed to record my feelings of how crazy clever these LLMs are.

It's not smutty so may not be a juicy read but I'll post one passage that really surprised me. This is probably due to my inexperience and complete underestimation of LLMs.

After the initial "backstage encounter" that's baked into the card, I suggested to "Bae" that we go to a resort for a night away. The way I'd written it though, needed her to go back on stage for a bit for more performances while I went away and found us a place. Once she was done, she would call me. I was convinced the model was gonna completely fumble the phone call and not understand it.

Of course, it didn't screw it up. It was more or less perfect (though I've just noticed the part where Bae somehow looks "back up at me" while on the phone to me).

When I picked her up, I was also surprised when it tracked that we were in the car and what that entailed. "Bae" even took a nap in the car of her own "volition."

Yes. This front-end is called SillyTavern which just pokes your prompts through to an API of your choice, requiring an API key.

For this chat, I was using OpenRouter, which is a paid service. Basically a proxy API that, in it's default setting, attempts to pipe your prompts through to the model it thinks will serve you the "best" response.

Throughout this chat, it mostly sent my prompts to a model called MythoMax 13B. Occasionally, prompts were sent through to GPT-4 but it was mostly MythoMax. Whenever things got steamy, it was all MythoMax, all the time because OpenAI are prudes who don't want their models begging their users to cum inside them.

A few things:

1: In the lorebook, in the defs, make sure to refer to the item i question.

For example:

The entry name might be: Towabaker

The keywords might be Towabaker, baker, Towa-anon

The entry itself should contain something like: Towabaker is

Every time one of the keywords gets used, the entry itself gets sent to the AI, so sending it contextless information won't help.

So if the entry just reads: Based

The AI will have no idea what to do with that, and will just have to guess. It needs to read: Towabaker is based

Another trick you can use is get an AI to summarize what's gone on and then use that for entries. You can probably get it to format things more or less correctly as well.

I bet that automating something along those lines may be the next step if just having larger and larger contexts doesn't work out.

I've been here since CAI was talked about in /vtai/ and I can tell you that this doesn't feel like "winning."
