Financially it would be borderline insanity to build a 3D station overseas
The closest spots for most of EN would be northern US like Michigan or Minnesota, or west coast like Washington, Oregon or California. All of which would have insanely high rental/leasing costs.
Then you add in the staff you would need to hire or contract to then add on to the 3D studio tech they'd need to acquire and send over.
You're talking 850k+ easily, and realistically for a multi-year plan it's gonna be 5M or so, which i'm sure isn't alot for a company, but is a ton for a splinter program
And that's assuming all of EN magically is within the region.
