I think you're misconstruing the point that's being made. Her dancing is basically in the same spot as her singing in 2021 where she had very little confidence in it despite having clear talent. The fact that she's now taking dance lessons is a clear sign that she recognized she can do it and it showed in the Choco concert where she had actual direction (Chloe concert was outlier because of the Manager's miscommunication)
