I'd taken a break for a while because there weren't many titles that interested me. BB has always been my favorite, but I like UNI as well. Dunno how well the performance will be though because I badly need to upgrade my CPU to stream more modern fighters. Might take the streaming as an opportunity to test out some older doujin fighters or fightcade stuff I didn't have a reason to play before.
I also want to learn Arcana Hearts but I'm too stupid for it

I’m someone who doesn’t enjoy any lewd content (so probably the opposite of your audience) and anything overtly sexual that doesn’t have some secondary purpose is what makes me click out of a stream. For me the line is what you would or wouldn’t do in the presence of platonic friends. Goofing around and making sexual or otherwise adult jokes doesn’t feel lewd, but if you’re making lots of weird moaning noises, frequently mentioning fetish stuff without even a hint of couching it in a joke, or doing even minor coombaiting I’m out. I don’t mind when such vtubers don’t label themselves, I just leave. If I were you trying to figure this out, I’d watch and compare the audiences and content of people who are lewd but don’t label themselves as lewdtubers, and people who do, and see what environment and content you would be happier creating. I’d also look at content creators that have paywalled 18+ content, or who put their NSFW content on separate platforms, since lots of people do this, and see if the audience separation changes things. In my opinion you aren’t a lewdtuber if your tubing isn’t lewd and a casual stream watcher can easily avoid adult content they’re not interested in. As for labeling yourself, whatever label you want to use you should check by watching other’s content that you fit in with the tag. Labels are for connecting to people and content and will always be contextualized by the platform and other users.
