Because her actions dont line up with her words. Saying she will stream only to not stream either means shes lazy or she never intended to stream and only said it to temporarily please her fans. There was a time where she was streaming multiple times per day, I dont expect her to keep that up but going from that to one member post per week is just too much, its far below the minimum expected effort for her. Considering its been like that for a long time it seems reasonable to believe streaming (and by extension us) isnt very high on her priority list.

Fauna doesnt actually stream that much compared to other ENs but it seems like she does because of her consistency, I would be completely satisfied if Ame streamed every second weekday and took the weekend off, if I could be sure she would stream monday/wednesday/friday I would have no complaints at all, I dont care if they were shortish streams I just dont want 2 week breaks constantly.

That's what I thought that Anon was talking about too. Ame makes jokes like that all the time, doesn't mean she's some super emo depressed girl. Let's look at what happened during the two weeks ifunny fiasco, there were rrats abound about how it was over and how she doesn't care, she's going to graduate etc. What was she doing that whole time? Playing video games and being a potato. If you look back at all the other times she's moved or canceled or ghosted us, often it's either because she was sleeping or playing vidya for 15 hours straight or binging kdrama. This is why even now I believe this is all her being lazy, since that's usually what it is.

I dont think streaming that much is sustainable for most and was probably just something she was planning on doing temporarily to use the debut hype/cash in her golden ticket.
