Cover has radio silent "health" breaks and mysterious graduations. Vesper and Magni went on a sudden hiatus, had a double "graduation", and management delayed the Tempus anniversary so they could erase them from the group merch/songs. That was even more suspicious than Sana's graduation where over a dozen of her VODs got deleted with no explanation.

There is a lot of indirect evidence that winter is when they renew their contracts. Vesper got into a huge fight with management in November, received the first public suspension in the EN branch, and several months later Cover gave him a 2.0 model redesign. HoloEN having major contract fights with Cover would explain why they haven't put together a full branch collab since 2021.

Cover/hololive as a whole is the same as any other chuuba copos.
The only difference is, this time their management is competent and that the talent's well being comes first, as per their breaks shown.
They would also do everything they can to help their talent achieve something they want within reason, and even if the talent was the lowest of the bunch they would still have them stay(as per sana).

this isn't nijisanji anon, they literally did have one as per their rm accounts.
And both wanted to leave, idk about in niji tho wherein they actually get silent suspensions. Pretty easy to tell when a yab happens and they suddenly have these "health" breaks.
