Apparently not for Gura anymore but she used to share a LOT more and I can't think of a single holo more closed off than her nowadays.
3 months + and all she has to share about what she was doing was bread, hobbit book and spiderverse and the ol faithful "hololive stuff"

The problem with the burnout is that there is no resolution, no plans for the future, no any idea when and if it's going to get better. She didn't recover from burnout all throughout 2023 and apparently it only got worse. It leaves chumbuds with the question "what's next?" and no answer.
