I dreamt of Ame, lads!
We were laying down and cuddling in the dream, and then we went to an arcade. Actually, we were at a con, so we shopped around at one of the dealer's alleys to look at all the video games. And there was one booth that just sold all sorts of weird but interesting candy. There were a lot of people, but I was with Ame.
I can't believe it, I finally dreamt of her.

I love Ame because she's incredibly adorable, very creative and sweet.
She does also have her moments of acting like a gremlin too though, and her moments of rage at video games is something to behold.
I also love how (perhaps unintentionally) hilarious her streams are. See: last night with her pure, unfiltered autism about Minecraft and doing things Ame way. Or the times in Donkey Kong where she'd tempt fate and be like "nah I'm fine lol" and die immediately after.
She's sweet, salty, stubborn, and absolutely adorable, and I wouldn't have her any other way.

That's not going to happen, Anon. Ame's choice for her gaming streams often fall into one of the two categories:

Ah ok. It's been a long time since I last played it and couldn't remember what the base amount of stars were for each level (not counting the 100 coin stars). I ask because during the fire world she kept asking why there were more stars popping up each time she was on the star selection screen. Depends on how she feels about collecting the rest. She spent another stream collecting more Moons in Odyssey, basically collected most of the Stars in Galaxy, and then had another stream to collect some more Shines in Sunshine, so I feel like the collecting aspect is probably pretty fun for her.

People stay awake and excited to watch your stream, in different timezones, so you have people waiting till 4AM so they can watch it.

Ina sometimes streams with 35+ hours of no sleep. If you fucked up you either take the easy way out and cancel or you own it up, take as much caffeine as you can and do your best.

I don't mean to defend her with this, but she is used to Twitch culture, where streams are spontaneous and the concept of schedule is practically non-existent. Hololive and the streaming culture associated with HL is different from Twitch.

Ame is more like "I want to stream? yeah, let's do it" and not schedule it beforehand. This mess of schedules and cancellations comes from that. that makes her more genuine in my opinion, if she doesn't want to stream, she doesn't and that's it. A lot of other HL girls stream unwillingly and it shows, quite a lot .

She seems very Ina-ish in her personality, but it could just be debut nerves. Definitely not an" Ame type" personality though. I'll watch her and see how she gets more confident.

It did get me thinking about what Cover will be looking for in Gen2 though. An Anon in the sticky thread mentioned how we probably won't get anyone like Ame again, simply because they'll likely want to hire somebody who can understand/speak at least a little bit of Japanese and has some level of singing ability.
