I was busy with vod archive related stuff in other threads so the old one died before i was able to reply, but yeah its best to try what you can do to keep your mind off of things as much as its possible. I cant really help with any ways to cope with stress as in my case nothing really works. Even sleeping is stressfull lately so i keep pushing doing that off and just work on my vtuber vod archives for other threads which doesnt exactly help.

Either way i hope things get better for you regarding that, i get how it is if shit is constantly stressing you out. I also get the "workaholic" part, if im working on whatever i cant stop until its finished even if it means its gonna keep me busy for 18 hours at a time, but sometimes you just got to try to get take it slower as hard as it is at times.

I usually dislike ALtman because he closed down OpenAI. However, now I'm on his and Satya's side because they're the most accelerationist guys involved.
The board, Ilya, the Twitch interim CEO are all EA, AI doomers. Ilya thought that releasing GPT-2 was "too dangerous" for the public, Helen outright admitted she'd sooner see the company burned down than pursue "unsafe AI". We'd never get to AGI with these Yudowsky cultists at the helm.
For now, its seems mostly accelerationists are in control of OpenAI. So, I'm a bit optimistic we're on track for AGI without much delay.

I know youre likely aware nymous, but i wouldnt have every single stream of nyanners archived without knowing about how she "betrayed" her fans. I used to watch "cryotic" for like 7-8 years(who got cancelled as he grommed underage fans to make it short) before i found nyanners and i made sure i know enough about her before i started watching her so theres no bullshit like that in her background.

so after some experiments i have concluded min P is basically top P but pre temperature (as https://github.com/kalomaze/text-generation-webui/releases/tag/minp-exllama2 says so)

0 = off
1 = full strength
lower = more tokens, higher = less tokens
0.5 seems to be a sweet spot

but because it chops shit off pre-temp you can bump temp up higher than if you was using top P
3 temp 0.5 min p is about as sane as 1 temp 0.7 top P
(atleast on mytho) it also makes jailbreaks stronger since using top P the jailbreak 'strength' would be diluted over more tokens

i dont know enough hitler to know if this is sane but its at 3 temp 0.5 min p and everything else is disabled

If so, the reason is because the entries are triggered upon mention, and the "knowledge" only applies to the next generation.

On agnai it's character book and I want to know if there's a certain number the priority and weight need to be. Currently I rank them on importance so an important entry, like the character's family, would be 10, then the next entry a 9 and so on. This doesn't seem to matter as the bot doesn't remember a single entry.

Ok so lets say you're using a Neural Cloud lorebook and it has the entry "Diggcoins," with the entry staying that "Diggcoins are the currency in this virtual world."

In order for the bot to "know" that information, you need to do one of two things:

1: Leave some sort of "hook" so that the bot will bring up Diggcoins on their own. This can be in the form of example dialogue that mentions them or a reference to them in the defs..

2: Mention Diggcoins yourself

Either of which will trigger the entry, so then when the bot next generates a response it will have that knowledge available.

Now I've put the birthday in the Persona schema and while the bot will remember the date if it's a repeating digit it ignores the second one. So if I enter January 11th as the birthday the bot thinks it's the 1st. Tried it with another bot's height and the same thing occurs. Instead of 155 centimeters it thinks it's 15 centimeters tall.
