I'm trying to learn Japanese, does anyone have any recommendations for Japanese VTubers who speak clear and easy to understand Japanese? Somebody like Okayu for example. Thanks for any help.

Okayu talks slowly so its easy to understand but she often goes crazy. If you want to learn "normal" Japanese, Azki and Sora are probably better. Azki might be the best. She talks pretty slowly and clear. No anime VA ish acting and no slang with her.

I'm subscribed to her, she usually speaks pretty calmly which makes it much easier to pick out the words she's saying.

Ironically, she’s the one who speaks the most correct Japanese language.
Unlike Korone, Pekora, or Miko, her speech doesn’t have those stupid accents.
And you may find it insufferable when girls like Iroha, Fubuki, Kanata speak in their annoyingly high tones.
After all, it’s always Senchou who would embrace you in her saggy bosom, and her words are like a lullaby sung by Eminem with an eel in his asshole.

I second that Marine does have the most natural usage of the language, based on those that I actually watch. But she talks way too fast most of the time, only her more chill zatsus would be good to immerse.
Most likely those that aren't trying sounding too cute or like a character should be fine as well like AZKi, Lui, Botan or Suisei.
But generally, Vtuber suck for immersion since they are using very casual speech and topics and do not have a converstation with a person that can reply, go watch Anime or TV shows instead.

This is not really that hard to understand honestly, even spoken quickly the words are pretty much all still enunciated clearly and then when combined with the context there's no difficulty telling what she's trying to say

The real understanding struggle in holoJP is hajime, she consistently replaces a bunch of vowel/consonant sounds with other ones for seemingly no reason so half the words she says come out extremely mutated
