>Who is Neuro-sama?
Neuro-sama is a neural network created by Vedal in 2018 for the purpose of learning to play osu! In December 2022 Vedal revived the project with the addition of a large language model, a TTS software and a VTube Studio model, which allow Neuro-sama to interact with her chat as a VTuber. Since then, she has been entertaining the chat with responses and unhinged rants nearly daily, as well as learning new skills such as singing, playing other games, and collaborating with other VTubers. A new speech recognition model capable of speaker diarization came out recently, Vedal could use it for Neuro-sama in the future:

I don't know exactly what vedal uses nowadays but 12gig plus vram and silly Tavern you could start working on your own Neuro with no coding experience. Voice tts already a plug in, animated sprites, simulated memory. I do recommend anons try it out. Also you can ERP at will.

You unironically can right now, you'd have to run your PC all the time, have a decent rig and phone, read a bunch of documentation and learn to write and get the AI to work well but you could have your own personal bot with memory or personality right on your phone.
