I had a bit of fun with it.
It's pretty clear to me that it's a kind of general that takes it's time and would work very well for a slow board, but /vt/ is one of the fatstest, its goes from page 1 to fucking 10 in 40 minutes some days, depending on the drama. There's only so much you can dry bump a general before it feels pointless.

Ah, /vtwbg/. I still miss it, some of the most fun I've had on 4chan was there.
I've been working on a little online world simulation game that I'd like to have simulate some form of Vitubia one day. It'll be hosted on www.vt-geimu.boo . There's nothing there atm, though you can signup an account if you want.
I'm still brainstorming it a bit, but I think it would probably be more sandbox/simulation oriented than competitive. Something like multiplayer persistent dwarf fortress, but country-level, maybe.
Oh, I didn't implement messaging yet, you'll have to open your browser's debug console to receive messages kek.

I thought for a while before it really ended that this was kind of bound to happen if everyone tried to adhere to a single canon. Yeah, that's understandable. My creative writing has slowed down to nothing as well. They do! Not a grim reaper though but instead a ghost (“ghost demon” since everyone in gen 4’s some kinda demon) who’d lost her memory. She mostly streams at EU hours so I can only watch her live in the weekends but she’s my favorite in gen 4. i didn't see how the thread died out, i can't say anything about what you guys should have done or not, but i know that it wouldn't be as fun for me without some sense of continuity, and that there were at least a few others who seems to have the same mindset. /wg/ is a good thread with a lot of impressive content from a few brilliant anons, and maybe a few pieces of shit from a few less than brilliant anons. no matter the state of /vtwbg/ or /lore/ or whatever you want to call it, that thread will always be around, and if you establish a good enough relationship with them, they might be willing to have you all in there. the big problem that i came across was that it was hard to establish the kind of cooperation and communication needed to have a consistent setting with everyone, and that we would frequently clash and let petty things get in the way of writing, or working together. it doesn't help that i'm a terrible speaker. i think what you guys were able to make was incredible, and fun, but that at this point, the good memories are all you'll ever really have of how things were. you can never go back. you are free to go forward. it's your choice to make.
