Hololive doesn't have any exclusive system points or anything.
They have a floor of funding they give to all of their chuubas, and after that the chuuba themselves can put in their own money if they want better stuff.
This makes it so that everyone has a "stable" income, but also incentivizes holos to try out more creative content on their own if they want to do better.
Unfortunately, this only works when the internal culture runs on passion. If there's no passion, all the girls will just take their minimum wage cheques and stream once in a week.
