Here's the reason: She's just procrastinating. We've all done it. Everyone has had goals and ideas that they say they're going to do, and then guess what? A month passes and nothing you said you were going to do got done. So, Gura needs to be held to a standard so she stops procrastinating if she's going to continue being in hololive.
She said in a stream that a goal she wants to accomplish in 2024 is 5 million subscribers, so maybe she's planning everything around reviving her channel next year? Who knows.

But I seriously think 2024 is the deciding year. If she can't get it together next year, she'll probably never get it together.
