The only true answer to any roster changes is that the the team should be fucking disbanded. It should have been done when triangle stepped down as manager. The only divegrass this board needs is the /vtl/.

Yeah that was a rough game towards the end there. /vt/ had the attacking pressure in the 1st half but /sci/'s GK kept them in there. /sci/ scored 2 of their goals on post deflections that the GK could not recover in time to save. Overall, the defense in both halves of the game was great, but the offense definitely struggled in the 2nd half. I'll take the blame since changes should have been made sooner to revitalize the offense without compromising the defense.

Looking past all that, we as a management team decided that polling for players again for Winter would be tedious for fans as the general consensus was that this was a favorable roster. Maybe there will be music changes, but the estimated start for the Winter Elite will be around Jan 11th. Thanks to all the fans that came to watch the team, Winter looks to be another chance for a deep run.

Oh yeah.

A huge thank you to all the anons that made fan art for the team. I liked all the fan art posted in the game threads. A big thank you as well to all the people that took time out of their days to test for /vt/. We had people that tested both pre export and pre matchday. A lot of testing helped determine what to use as a main export, as well as what to run before each match. As for rumors that Winter will be on 17, my sources told me that it'll likely be the last cup on 19 for this period with minor changes. However when /vt/ does have to return to older PES games, I have a good set of people to draw tactical advice from as they managed during those versions.

After going through the numbers it gets obvious that we need to replace everyone but nenechi and shiori. From a medal we should demand an average performance of 7.0 for all the cup games, full stop, keepers rarely get those numbers since 1 goal conceded gives a massive negative for keepers, above 5.5 is acceptable. None medals don't matter at all. With this in mind we have the following.

ogeyrrat: 6.5, 6.5, 6.5, 5.5 - 6.25
nene: 7.5, 7.5, 8.5, 6.5 - 7.5
lia: 7.5, 6.5, 6.0, 6.5 - 6.625
heartheart: 6.0, 6.5, 6.0, 6.5 - 6.25

Nenechi imo. BUT Lia was everything and more for a silver debuting player. MVP of her very first game, scored the only goal in the playoffs (one of 2 players to ever score a playoff goal for /vt/, Nenechi and ogeyrrat don't even have playoff goals)

It's really not. Of all the metrics that you could choose, player rating is the least "hard" of those numbers. There's still a lot that is not known about how those ratings are determined, but one thing that is known is that players start the match with a base rating that is determined by RNG.
