One thing that almost everyone has to improve is knowing how to link their accounts, an example of this is cabu who has a yt channel that he uses to post shorts but didn't have this channel linked anywhere

Slushy for God's sake fix your layout, sometimes your template takes up the whole screen, it's even worse in colabs where you have the pngs of those who are on the call also taking up a huge space, and try to make the chat more appealing if you are going to put it on the screen, a blue rectangle is very ugly

About diversifying the content, there's nothing wrong with having a niche, but personally I'd like to see artfags, readerfags playing a game or doing something different from the usual

The zatsu part is because I think there's too much dead air in the stream or you only know how to repeat what's happening in the game

Regarding content outside streams, I think you're going in the right direction but you need to put your face out there more, whether it's interacting more on xitter or bringing clips to tiktok/shorts

Here's the easiest way to do it and you can start from /asp/ if you want to.
>watch someone's stream
>follow their raid
>interact with the raided person a lot on twitter and frequent their streams
>follow THEIR raids to see their friends and interact with them too
>escape the /asp/sphere
Simple as that. I recommend picking people who specifically stream around the same time you do instead of following everyone and hoping they remember to raid into you. A little note, try to actually make friends. An audience that sees their favorite streamer talk really positive about their friend does more to bring in frequent viewers than getting random raids. Discords with other vtubers don't work as well as you'd think but again, make friends with a select few and it could help you out. Twitter is ass.
