Nijisanji ID alone has Layla, a time traveler with a clan and Rai, an interdimensional policeman with enhancements and multiple clones of himself.
Both time and space are covered by Nijisanji so no time fuckery can happen but I'm pretty sure theres no multidimensional Hololiver.
I don't know about about the other companies livers so there may be an multidimensional counter but killing someone before the battle starts isn't a thing that can happen without someone else doing the same.

Just because EN has immortals doesn't mean they're any good.
Kiara is locked out of her actual combat abilities because daddy said so. Mori may be death, but she can't actually kill anyone that isn't supposed to die at that moment.
The only one that might do some real damage is Ina, but her lore is so bare, even that is questionable.
The only other immortals I can think of in Hololive are Mel, Ollie, Choco, Korone, Kanata, Towa, and Moona, but I'm a dirty EOP and don't know about their lore past surface level info.

Only Ina, Kiara and Mori are true immortals and you've pointed out the problems with those 3.
Though even if the limiter to kiara power was released she'd be the one everyone notices first and I assume most would try to get her out of the fight as fast as possible, using portals or abilities to DQ her from coming back and I don't believe hololive has someone with the ability to bring her back.
Mori you could argue could beat someone up close enough to death so to not count as her killing for one of the other girls to finish the job so she could reap the vtuber, but that wouldn't be easy as we can assume she has stamina and would be able to be incapacitated.
