I'm not silly enough to think I'm gonna find "draw a girl call it a boy" but irl, but you could do a hell of a lot better than people like OP. I know it's too high of an expectation for a lot of people to meet, to be perfectly honest if you just put in a bit of effort body-wise and keep your face covered you could go a long way, but the real thing does exist, usually asian men pull it off a lot better but I've seen white guys pull off the crossdressing look fine too.
