Being a full-time vtuber is not a viable career option in 2023, and it's going to get worse as time goes on. Just treat the vtuber thing like a gimmick and give your fans what they really want: your real face. Face reveals get millions of views. It's easy clout. You could even milk it by doing it in parts: start with a hand or feet reveal and then work your way up to the face as the big finale. You don't even have to get rid of your vtuber avatar. It's just basically your channel's mascot. Vtubers are just streamers with anime avatars anyway. Just cut the anime avatar from time to time and then bam, instant variety.

50-70% of the big Twitch indies have already face revealed at events like Twitchcon, and some of them do fleshstreams fairly often like OniGiri. It's not really that big of a deal outside of Nijisanji and Hololive. Kson does fleshstreams, Nyan streamed herself doing karaoke with Gunrun before she left Vshojo, and both Kuro and MataraKan have expressed interest in doing some flesh streams in the future. There's also plenty of vtubers like henya who will never face reveal for privacy reasons though.
