People keep saying here English is the best, but I think Haachama and Subaru are better, maybe Sora, Lui, and A-chan too. Ririka, Sora, and Subaru have had English only collabs with EN or ID. When I watch Ririka's EN collab, she was good, but she wasn't the best.
She had good pronunciation, talk pretty naturally, and is confident.
Ririka pronunciation is great, but if it was just pronunciation then Suisei and Kanade would be the best. Pronunciation isn't actualy all that important in English, especial around vowels.
How naturally they talk is the biggest sigh for how good someone English is. Subaru and Haachama talk more naturally than her. Ririka was on the same level as Sora, Lui, and A-chan.
The biggest factor for her is her confidents, any JP member could do an English only collab if they were confident. America's are exposed to so many ESLs and from a very young age too. So many, in fact, that it's easier for them to understand ESLs than other native dialects.

I dunno, the big thing that stands out to me is that Biboo didn't moderate her English at all to make it easier to understand, and not only did Ririka have no issues understanding, but she had no difficulty replying back and going on her own nearly seamless tangents in English, and even joking with her. Even on the spot when she didn't know the English version of a word, she still could ask the chat in English.

I'm not saying the holos you mentioned are bad, by any means, and in some circumstances I'd put them above Ririka too. It's just that for me, what impresses me about Ririka's English is her ability to maintain a natural and casual flow of conversation during a collab, even with people that barely speak any Japanese at all like Biboo. Many of them have better pronunciation, and some of them have better vocab too, but when they collab in English they tend to either fall back on shorter sentences, have long pauses while they compose sentences, fall back on Japanese if they're collabing with an EN that speaks it as well, or have enough difficulty with comprehension that the EN speaker, consciously or subconsciously, slows down their speech and uses simpler vocab.
