I have noticed a worrying trend of niji and holo being opposites in a lot of things. A recent one being how in holo people are fanatical about the girls and quick to call out company bullshit while in niji they are fanatical about the company and quick to celebrate everytime someone gets punished. Of course there are outliers in both cases but these seem to be the majority

>rushia gets fired, her word against the CEO
>holofags spam threads bashing her
>mel gets stalked by obsessed manager
>they just move the manager to a different position, holofags quiet
>overworks nene - holofags: "she chose this"
>management pesters holomembers to join holizontal, targets people like nene who they already know they can bully into submission - holofags: "they can just say no"

Rushia betrayed her fans and people shat on hlzntl until they literally shut it down. Sadly I can't refute you on the other two arguably more egregious situations because I don't follow Nene and Mel closely

You can’t even get the Mel situation right. Cover didn’t shuffle her manager around, they fired him. The problem was that he still knew everything he found out about her when he was there and used that info to stalk her.
Also, Cover didn’t force Nene to bite off more than she could chew. Sure, her manager should have told her to stick with a reasonable workload, but Gen 5 has a history of dealing with incompetent management, with a high turnover rate for managers as a result.

He’s being misleading about those two to paint Cover as actively malicious, instead of merely incompetent. Cover dropped the ball on Mel’s sexual harassment situation, but they weren’t that bad, and there’s not so much mandatory work that you can squarely pin the blame on Cover if one of them is overworked, though you can definitely criticize them for not properly advising the girls in those cases.
With Rushia, it’s not so much that she betrayed her fans so much as betraying the company in a way that could endanger the other girls, which can alienate the wider fanbase, over something that Watame already got away with.

Yeah, Coco even did a skit making fun of it.

Wasn't Rushia done for the sake of their new investors more than anything else. Why else would A-chan say that they would have kept her had they not been so big at the time? Even if the girls had had mixed feelings at the time, realistically speaking I don't think anybody would have wanted something so shocking to occur since it just cast a dour note(any graduation does, regardless of the holo)

You could reverse the names of the companies here and it would be just as accurate

What the fuck are you going on about? That’s the first time I’ve heard someone say A-chan made a statement like that, do you have a source? Rushia was fired over an NDA violation. They didn’t give a fuck who she was talking to on her own time so long as she’s not leaking company secrets. Obviously the girls are going to have mixed feelings about a longtime colleague being fired, despite what dramafags say, the girls do try to get along.
