Ocelot being a double agent is a really well executed twist in retrospect. His “recklessness” killing the Darpa Chief stopping Liquid from getting the nuclear launch codes for Metal Gear was just sort of a moment, but makes a lot of sense in perspective. As well as him being quick enough to catch Snake off guard later, but choosing to shoot what would be the key to launch the nukes instead of Snake. He’s such a weird interesting character. Even though I still have pretty much the entirety of MGS2 to catch up on, I’m really excited to see Mori start MGS3.

Depends. L4DL is an absolutely amazing track (like I think all of teniwoha's are personally), but there have been multiple times that a "professionals" have given her tracks that make Cursed Night's sound like a masterpiece. That's not necessarily saying their shit (cough Greedy cough), but even something like Nezumi Scheme was kind of mediocre track that Fake Type threw at her and I honestly think she may have been able to do better

Mobile launchers are indeed a thing but they do not need tons of short-range defensive weapons or heavy armor. Their job would be to travel around to avoid detection/targeting and launch when needed.
Armor decreases mobility and if you're close enough to need such defenses then you're probably too close to be firing off that nuke in the first place. Plus there's plenty of other options for delivery of those weapons.
