Is anyone even watching streams anymore? Like, full streams?
Vtubing could be one of the laziest forms of entertainment ever. It's fairly cheap to "produce" and it can potentially make a lot of money. Literally the same recipe as those cringe reality shows, and vtubing somehow manages to be even worse than that when it comes to pure entertainment value.

Although I agree, there's literally no other medium or content that provides cute-sounding women just chatting which you can have in the background to keep the bad thoughts at bay, that are kept in-check by management to not be whores and/or talk about males. Even the sweetest women like Watame and Sora are only likeable because they're confined and controlled.

I watch full 7 hour Kiara vods when she plays any Zelda game or rpg. I try to watch Fauna whenever she’s live, and I watch all of her hitman vods. The rest I just watch clips unless it’s for some special collab, like family feud.

I watch full streams if there's an interesting game being played. A good retro game can keep my attention. Or the occasional fotm game that is actually interesting to watch like Vampire Survivors or Holocure when they first came out. Some collabs can be entertaining too.

Havent even watched normal streams in 3 week except for 1 collab (awesome), 2 neuro streams and ex-tsunderia stream from 3 month ago (land of lords), but only for 20 mins.

Its just so boring currently and I have better things to do with my free time. (I sometimes upvote vods from the 3 views while doing something else)
