Selen thought she could breeze through the game on Normal without learning the mechanics (she spammed her way through the tutorial missions). Because she didn't learn to parry properly and just tried to brute-force her way through the game, she hit a wall and didn't know how to progress. Chat was screaming that she needs to do the tutorial again to learn the mechanics, she screamed back, etc etc. She eventually relented and re-started the game and actually paid attention to the tutorial. By that point, a lot of people were soured at her playthrough of the game.
Pomu just played through the game on Easy, so she didn't have to learn parrying and just spammed her way through the game. Wasn't skillful gameplay, but her reactions were what made the playthrough entertaining. The only meltdown was by MGRfags who wanted her to play on hard (that was never gonna happen)

Shit like this is what really makes me tap out of watching people play half the time. Like, there's being bad at a video game, which is fine somewhat if you never really play like that, like Irys for example. But in her case while despite being a shitter, she'd at least TRY to learn the game and ask for help. Or the game having a tough wall to beat like insert Souls boss or the chopper in Armored Core 6 where its just hard and players have to figure out how to beat it. And then there's people who just flat out ignore everything for whatever reason or just don't read because they don't want to read and wonder why they can't get passed something or get lost when they're not getting pointed in the right direction. That level of hard headedness is not fun to watch, period. Its like a combination of being bad but also being unwilling to learn from their mistakes and lash out at their chat for their own misgivings. And unforunately thats a lot of zoomer streamers.
