Is she? I feel like in myth she's one of the one who could use some buffs, at least offensively. With this she's a great support though, which makes sense, I feel like she mentioned she gravitated towards healslut archetypes at some point...

DPS is easier to powercreep than Supports are. Utility and Support are always good even if "better" options exist.
Which means that Supports have the most dangerous chance of becoming overcentralizing in a power hierarchy.

If you can time travel it's a small effort to travel through space similarly. Though I think her time travel is meant to be more a one-time thing than a spammable power.

Time travel almost always involves space travel, really. The earth moves through the universe so if you remained in the same place and traveled 10 years into the past you'd be far, far away from our solar system.
