Sankisei is huge right now. Every single one of them is extremely popular and they've pretty much replaced OKFAMMS as the core group of hololive, I wouldn't be surprised for them to be at the top of every single gen collab poll.

PekoMiko's actually pretty niche because it has to do with long-term, especially pre-hiatus interaction, and is even roommate related. Miko's also been gone, after her return her fanbase may be in a resurgence but her relevance to other holo fanbases has undoubtedly declined. That break hurts her in a lot of subtle ways even now. Imagine if the break never happened and Daisensou happened before EN, before PekoMoona, before Pekora rocketed to the front of hololive, etc. The collab landscape would be fundamentally different and they probably would be viewed as the star duo of hololive. Now from the Peko fandom angle she's just a member of the harem.

Not sure which side of the fanbase you are looking at from to see this.
