The latest Squadron 42 trailer, and the Star Citizen tech demo are amazing. No telling when Star Citizen gets released, but surprised how much it's progressed so far. Squadron 42 is soon...maybe a year or two. So many great actors in it already, with no hint of woke agenda.

Will play Starfield someday. After the Creation kit gets released, allowing the modders to really add to the game. I didn't play Skyrim for the original story, but for the mods.

because Todd can't help himself and had to talk about it years ago and how it would be about exploring a vast galaxy with hundreds on planets etc. and Todd would never lie.
So, they couldn't just scrap that part in development after realizing the stupid amounts of feature creep etc, and now the "open-worldness" is actually fundamentally the weakest part of the game. just cast tracts of boring nothingness, running for 5 minutes to some POIs that are literally just a cave. Not even talking like a Skyrim cave dungeon, but a single room hole in the ground.

I mean there is an alright Mass Effect type game in there if you like some of the companions and factions, and doing some basic looter-shooter lite-RPG. but they dug themselves into a hole where they couldn't focus on doing that well, so even its best parts are pretty mid.

oh and the engine is, and always has been, complete shit. they refuse to change and they've been left behind. even the biggest normie Skyrimcucks don't even cope about Bethesda being great anymore.

She finished both Star Wars Jedi Fallen Order and Jedi Survivors in one sitting just fine, even going as far as stopping the stream of Jedi Fallen Order because someone was 3D debuting and continuing later on.
I thought she was going to do the same and finish Starfield in one sitting to but then she just stopped and never picked it up again.

It's worse than that, it's even missing some elements that what makes the previous Bethesda games what they are.
Imagine space exploration but not really, all you get is a randomly generated bubble of "space" within a certain range from the planet's surface that you have to fast travel to.
There is no such thing as getting ambushed while you're exploring an asteroid or while flying near a derelict space station because all battles are pre-determined to only be randomly generated after you fast traveled into another bubble of space.
