again, even a little lurking shows she's quite legitimately autistic, highly intelligent (calculus crypto and astrophysics lectures on her alt streams imply high education) and also very very content oriented (the difference between her acting personality and off personality are basically night and day)
even if she's a physical comedian just about every stunt she pulls is likely nowhere near as dangerous or painful as she makes it look or sound considering she has openly stated she took classes and trained in various physical disciplines (dance, gymnastics, parkour, general acting and stuntman type shit) basically everything she does is stuff she already has prep and knowledge in (even gaming as shown in her gaming vods, league, dark souls(tho dark souls is easy desu)
and most importantly, autistic people in general have a much higher chance of developing paraphilic behaviors (male bias, but women tend to also lean towards masochism in paraphilia and Filian is most definitely more masculine in behavior, and not just by being a tomboy either)

She lied and faked it, likely a good enough actor in itself to be able to do so
