Making up shit because he knows most people won't actually watch the clip. She actually just says that old school Sailor Moon looked younger than the reboot Sailor Moon and goes on another tangent about a manga she loves and how it is best to ignore the ages of drawings when reading romance manga where one character is a minor and the other is not and just enjoy the story at face value. Which is in keeping with what she has said before about accepting the whole culture around Japanese storytelling without being judgmental about it. So she said the opposite of what OP just implied.
