No, it would be slander and Vee would be able to take action against Mikeneko legally for defamation. There isn't any reason to assume Vee wasn't the leaker. He was furious with Mikeneko at the time, he was employed as a translator by VShojo, he was the only one who had connections to Delutaya.
He didn't have membership at the time of her stream in September, this is true. But once he spent too much time on 5ch and came across some rumours, he took action. He passed the contents of Mikeneko's membership stream onto Delutaya with malicious intent.
