People have always disliked some talents in Vshojo, but the company itself offers a great deal to vtubers. Even Silvervale, Nyanners, and Vei show what the company does right. They were able to leave with their models for what they considered to be a better deal. Nothing prevents them from talking about their time in Vshojo, and Nyan even collabs with Vshojo members sometimes. Nyan and Henya have raided each other, and Nyan has even joked recently that the reason why she left Vshojo was because she has a fear of cockroaches. Compare this to a Nijisanji graduation where you can never talk about your old identity, your experiences with others in Nijisanji, and are blacklisted from ever collabing with your old coworkers because you committed the mortal sin of leaving.
