A couple years back this was an orange board full of hate for her but she grew on people as the rest of myth gave up, I noticed the general attitude towards her changed significantly during the summer of 2022 when almost all of en just stopped streaming for a couple weeks, I hated her back then too I couldn't stand the chicken voice but she grew on me and looking back all my issues with her were just petty like her German bluntness, the sex pesting with mori or live translating. She is the most loyal to her fans and English watchers as a whole because even if there's no other ENs streaming for a whole week you can count of her to show up even to her own detriment and now I'm sounding like a schizo kfp but I do respect her

It didn't start that way. Originally she was the most hated. Things changed when it was revealed that she has always tried to remain faithful to the idol way, at least the idol way that unicorns believe in. Only Gura is even more of an idol than her, not even acknowledging the homos existence once in all her time here. This is why Mori and Ame have since gone on Unicorn's shitlist, with Ina being put on probation for a while. Kiara continues to stay in Unicorn's good graces so of course they continue to respect her now.

And yes, I get it, JP had male collabs too, and guess really fucking smartly why that era of hololive isn't one that anyone remembers - because the peak started with Gen 3 and Gen 4, not with Gen 2 and prior who were stuck in the 10k - 30k subscribers range at the time when they frequently did male collabs and tried to be like Nijisanji. Gen 3- and 4 debut era redefined hololive strongly, bilibili contribution with memes about the girls (not boys, girls) further skyrocketed their popular overseas with digestible animations and clips.
