Gura's fanbase is spread out across NA/EU/JP/TW/CN. On top of that, she's very heavily clipped, so while many non-en speakers may be subbed to her, if they don't understand English they'll do what many EOP do for the JP branch, watch clips or just parts of the streams that have funny moments that require minimal EN knowledge.

Looking at VOD views (THIS IS A NUMBERS THREAD, THIS MATTERS IN UNDERSTANDING NUMBERS), Gura's VOD views go up pretty significantly when her streams end and non NA timezone people start watching the VOD. I just wish we had better metrics for this sort of thing but only Gura/Hololive will have access to the specifics.

If she plays a horror game where they can see her get scared that is famous as well, she will get the views. If she plays a well known rhythm game, she wilk get the views. First we have the top 100 most viewed for the week.

- Gura's "Reflect" retains the top spot, beating out the newly released Hololive 4th gen song "Kiseki knot" and followed by V.W.P's "Dennou", which jumped up 6 spots to claim 3rd.

- Nijisanji's top track this week is Kagami Hayato's newly released track "PIERCE" at rank 31, which is lower than their top track last week at rank 28.

- An interesting thing I noticed was that RIM's "Juuku-Gatsu" jumped up 17 spots to rank 9, knocking her "Carnivorous Plant" out of the top 10 where it usually is. Unsure of what caused this phenomenon.

- There's more Kamitsubaki tracks in the top 25 this week compared to last week (8 vs 6).

- Top ten breakdown this week is: 7 Hololive, 3 Kamitsubaki.

- Not much change from March to June. RIM's "Carnivorous Plant" remains the most watched VTuber/VSinger original song to date. Calliope's "Excuse My Rudeness, But Could You Please RIP?" is growing at twice the rate though, so it's only a matter of time before it catches up.

- Only other noteworthy thing is that Hololive's "Hololive Ieru Kana? Beyond the Stage ver." jumped from rank 7 after March to rank 5 after June and on its way to rank 4 after this month, knocking HIMEHINA's "HITOGATA" down.

The peaks and troughs in apex streams are always about the match lengths. Viewer numbers grow the closer they get to champions. Then a number of people tune out when the match ends. Happens every time in Towa's streams and even today on Pekora's it was the same.

Considering Coco single handedly carried gen 4. I would say that both Kanate & Watame benefited greatly to achieve those numbers. Kanata being Coco's wife. And Watame being Coco's partner in come. Yup the two gen4 leaches. I love them though.
