I don't even think you can honestly compare Shojo with other companies. A better comparison would be Nijisanji EN vs Hololive EN.

Nijisanji and Hololive both have open auditions where they look for talent with real creativity and charisma and skills, even if they don't have actual streaming experience.

Vshojo was literally just two guys from Twitch who threw together a 'company' and lured existing streamers in to take a cut of their money. It's one of the reasons they don't have the management restrictions Hololive has, they don't even have management. It's legit just two guys retiring off of these people. They didn't even have to supply them with equipment since they picked existing streamers.

The others are companies. Shojo are indies losing a cut of their money.
