I actually quite like the current roster that Vshojo has with the exception of a few, but it differs from some of the other prominent companies because there isn't really a point in trying to pursue being a member. Corpos like Holo/Niji still have smaller vtubers seeing them as an end goal to strive towards, but nobody has any hope of getting into Vshojo because they don't want to take the risk on someone not already preestablished or someone the other talents can recommend. Holo and Niji can sometimes put a spotlight on the unknown talented 2views that deserve recognition, but Vshojo so far hasn't wanted to take that risk. This isn't neccesarily a bad strategy, but it is somewhat disapointing because Vshojo doesn't require you to give up your previous persona to join, which could make Vshojo very approachable to vtubers who want to grow without giving up their former persona or audience.

No, there literally isn't. The best they can do is suggest things, like during the Nux drama they suggested everybody keep quiet about the doxxing so they could do the investigation, and then didn't communicate with their talents (which is where they really fucked up) when Nux went public. They also suggested the girls not play Hogwarts Legacy and most of them listened, but one just had to be herself and did it anyway. Since the agency cannot punish the girls, what exactly are they supposed to do to "stop" them from doing what they want? Hm? Waggle a stern finger at them?
