No, Gura's manager is/was a woman that looked different than Jap even if he didn't have a Frakenstein transition. Unfortunately the proof was lost, but there was a time back when Venti was going after Gura where Gura's manager did directly reply on a brand new account with her selfie and tell her to lay off Gura or else. She also implied Gura's first language wasn't english. Account was deleted a day later and then Venti was silenced for a while.
