If I HAD to pick someone to carry it on I wouldn't land on one person but do it in groups of two hosts rather than the host/guest system. If the four in OP's image are really the only ones who are fluent in JP/EN (aren't Ina/Calli also fluent?) I'd have those four rotate in one slot and do fubuki/kanata in the second slot. Maybe someone like Marine could try it out?

If Stars are allowed Aruran would also make a killer host, he's not fluent in English yet but he's learned quite a bit and knows memes well.
