To summarise, the project is like a cross between Hatoba Tsugu and various unfiction documentary projects (Mystery Flesh Pit/Gemini Home Entertainment/Monument Mythos).
Suraya is a newscaster/intelligence coordinator/shadow state minister in an alternate reality setting. Content include stuff like talking about the happenings of the world, espionage updates, wrangling the followers, and uncovering some secrets of the world.
Like a weather channel x number station. Hence the weather channel aesthetic direction.

At its heart, it's parodying Vtuber tropes and cliches.
We all heard this particular chuuba lore a thousand times; fantasy character arrives on Earth, becomes a streamer.
But what if it wasn't taken for funnies. What if HoloX was serious about being a secret organisation, what if Debiru, Emma August, various demon lord chuubas were not kidding about conquering Earth, etc.
Hence, our chuuba and her 'genmates' isekaid to Earth, decided to start a shadow state, and irreversibly affect the world.
In-universe, she's not really streaming but broadcasting news report/documentary/coordination to TVs worldwide. But she treats it lightheartedly like something out of Asacoco News/Watson Weekly.
Another parody is that the 'audience' that she broadcast for are agents and other supporters worldwide. Take pic related, foreign spies tuning in to watch your oshi updating on current events.

Like picking fights with the already established/existing secret global organisations on Earth.
Even though the setting is in 2013, the atmosphere feels like peak Cold War. Especially with our chuuba broadcasting on a spy 'number station'-esque channel.
