Tourist here. Is there a reason she's able to get away with such long breaks? I thought Cover's policy was that you had to stream at least a few times a week, even for just an hour. Obviously that's not a set in stone rule, but you would think with their flagship girl they would hold her to a higher standard. Is it because they know she'd be just as successful outside of Hololive or something? I've noticed this with some of the other girls too, where there's just long breaks in-between streams. I think I remember Yagoo saying something about the VTuber gig can be supplementary while they go to school or whatever (like in Mumei's case) but at the end of the day it's a job. Feels like their standards for any of the girls has become really lax and especially with Gura. Have we gotten anything on updates to what the standards are or what viewers can expect from talent consistency?

You would think finding a balance between talent health/satisfaction and enforcing streaming quotas would be their top priority. If your talent isn't streaming, they're not brining in revenue (aside from passive stuff like merch and memberships I assume) but if they never stream, even those passive incomes would start to suffer. I guess it's good they've got so many other talent to pool from, but I know if it were my company, I'd want everybody firing on all cylinders. Just an all around odd situation to be in.
