To be honest I don't think there's any profit sharing. From my understanding they each receive a certain percentage cut of their individual merch sales, supas, memberships, ad revenue etc. Certain stuff like group merch or projects might tbe split evenly, but I doubt across the whole company. Hololive probably provides some sort of fund for equipment or emergencies, maybe some sort of (nominal) base salary, probably some sort of long-term absence coverage if the chuubas is unable to stream to to injury or other reasons. For the most part though, the lions share of their income is going to come as a direct payout from their personal streaming activities/merch
