It's a gacha in the end and you're watching someone who has no clue about the game with a premade account. The gameplay actually is same as Counterside which had Myth collab last year. Considering its age it might be the first gacha with this style of gameplay. Also looking at the wiki, there's hundreds of cats, stages and guides for later stages. There's definitely a lot to this game though it might not be as much cock and ball torture as two more famous dinosaurs of the genre, KC and GBF.

Basically if you are goign to live to 100+, you are going to live to that age regardless as long as you don't die to self inflected stuff like obesity or injury.
