twitter recommended me their audition post. from the two people's twitter and portfolio pages, it adds credibiliy to their start up; seems to be similar to VOMS

-the two people are a couple, says so in both their bios.
-the first is an experiened artist and rigger, and the latter only for professional rigging; both have portfolio pages and their works are quite good.
-both seem to be two women, have the arrow symbol as well (dont seem to be trans, only the rainbow as for lesbians).

their requirements are quite the minimum
