To this day I still believe that a big part to her graduating has to do with cover making the chink mod incident. The timing is just too much to ignore. I don't care much about face reveals. I just want to know their future will be good. There's some of these girls who seem like if they stopped streaming they'd end up in some dead end OL job. Even occasional communication knowing they're alright would be good. I'm not saying I expect any of them to die but we know that at least Lulu is currently in hiding due to stalkers. Which is why I believe if that incident, plus the whole isolating her from collab didn’t happen then she would have stay even if she was restricted because I doubt that is enough for her to “leave” her friend. Graduation is a term that comes from oldschool idol groups, like AKB48. Girls there were always around college age, so the agency was seen as a "school" where they learn how to be an idol, and "graduate" from eventually, either to go solo, or pursue a different path altogether.
In this case, graduation simply means that the girl in question is leaving Hololive for whatever reason. They were always getting fired before (followed by a ban on any mention of them by other members), Coco is literally the first known case of graduation on amicable terms. So who knows, maybe she will show up later in some capacity.
