Asacoco, Reddit Meme Review, EN branch, Taiwan, and overall her drive to push the envelope with management actively contributed to the constant fan engagement with Hololive regardless if you think those things are good or bad for Vtubing.

As a streamer, she was aight. Her voice filters me hard and she doesn't do well with adlibbing on the flight like Korone/Miko/Pekora. I can see why she parted ways with Hololive since she's severely limited as a chuuba if she isn't able to perform her content. I tuned out of her stream more often than not.

She would make a great talent manager though. If I were Yagoo I would do whatever I can to bring her back to the director team after she's bored with streaming.

I will preface this by saying that I don't particularly care for anime, japan, japanese culture, idols, or idol culture in any shape or form.
From the little I've seen of coco she seemed to have pretty awful taste in videogames, her voice was about as annoying as Kiara's, her humor is identical to what you'll find from Vshoujo, and her meme reviews were pretty overrated and repetitive.

That being said she seems to have been the driving force behind many of the changes and developments we've seen Cover make over the past year, and assuming HoloEN was created thanks to her I can definitely appreciate her influence in Hololive. So, as a vtuber or streamer I never liked her much, but she clearly had great ideas and was an overall net positive to cover to a far greater extent than most are. I guess this means I think she really would have been better management material than a talent, which I think she has alluded to in the past.

People always said that Coco opens the bridge to EN.
To me, it's English clippers.
Miko+Fubuki+Matsuri clips and Haato coming out to be an ESL are the ones that opened the bridge to EN viewers.
What Coco's existence did was bringing in the crowd a little bit faster faster.

Most of Coco's contents targeted towards Japanese viewers.
It's like a western entertainer in Japan doing a mix between Japanese and western humor.
So, it's more like Coco opens a bridge from JP to EN.
JP viewers became more welcoming EN viewers and maybe start to be interested in EN because of her.
Even Reddit Shitpost Reviews, its main purpose is to make JP talents connect more with global audience.
Asacoco was also such popular meme show among JP viewers that it attract many people outside of the vtubing community, whether they are illustrators, dancers, DJs, etc.

I never really watched her. As someone from the outside looking my thoughts are:

- She was a giant hub for Hololive in the sense that most girls knew and talked to her and that she was extremely extroverted and proactive in getting involved with other people.
- She was good at organizing and hosting things and seems like the type who tries hard to encourage others. If someone messed up she seemed quick to step in to keep them from dwelling too much on it.
- Probably really frustrated with the way Cover was dealing with a lot of things. She was probably fiercely loyal to the other girls. I can imagine she was the type who would go directly to management and yell at them on behalf of someone else.
- I know she at least entertained her audience which is all she ever had to do which is good. I never found her funny though so your mileage on thinking she is or isn't funny may vary. The funniest I ever found her was when she took sleeping pills and was completely out of it while playing a game.
- She knows how to hold interest and be interesting which is vital in entertainment.

Coco helped to bring Hololive overseas. This increased their numbers by a lot and chances are that a lot of you wouldn't be here if she didn't do that. She's obviously not the only one that did, but seeing one of the "anime girls" speak English likely brought a lot of fans in the medium who wouldn't have come if Hololive entirely spoke in another language. See Nijisanji for example: they're well known overseas through clips but their JP chuubas try to limit their interactions with their English fanbase which doesn't stick around as a result. She's also a very good marketer, her main content, Asacoco and Meme Reviews are based around the idea of Hololive and memes as a whole and promote the talents by reducing them to a few characteristics viewers, JP and overseas alike, can easily remember
Now for the bad part: Coco didn't give a shit about teaching EOP proper rules when participating in the chat of a Japanese chuuba who doesn't understand English. She made it a lot easier for newcomers to watch Hololive without any care about who exactly was participating in the chat. She also encouraged bad behavior by responding positively to spam in her chat, which worked for her, but also spread to the other girls

There's a reason why people call her a gangimari mickey mouse. Her voice is very peculiar, but she doesn't really slur that much except when she's cursing. Definitely not as crystal clear as someone like Shigure Ui, but way easier to listen to than say Miko, Polka, or Luna.
