I think the biggest problem is that Gura was never honest about setting expectations. Nor was she ever honest about her intentions.
I don't think anyone would be mad if she had been upfront and said that she was burnt out and so she doesn't want to stream anymore. Instead, she cowardly allowed chumbuds to think the best of her and her intentions towards streaming. She wanted to allow everyone to believe in her and believe that she'd be back soon even though she had no plans to do so. To her, letting others assume the best in her even though she had no plans to do better means that it's not her fault, but theirs.
The reality however, is that this is simply her justifying her abusing her fans' trust and taking advantage of their emotional dependence on her.
I think Gura is probably not a good person.
