I disagree. If I want a "serious" TW there's a ton: Rome, european ones, Shogun 2. 3K brings a new factor in it with the Heroes that change gameplay for some factions a lot. Some factions rely on them less, some use them very heavily or have entire faction mechanics playing into them. It's not balanced at all but it works to show how much of a shounen the book depiction of the events is.

Shirou literally CAN'T learn magic, his magic circuits are literally worthless and the only reason he can perform projection/trace/strengthening is because of Unlimited Blade Works and his origin being "sword," hell he can only really manage to project things that aren't swords by performing the best mental gymnastics performance ever seen and convincing the world itself that "this is totally still a sword." And yeah, Archer just shoots Caladbolgs and I think some other "bolgs" in the shape of arrows. That said, he's still a good shot which is why he's an archer in the end. People sometimes forget that part about Shirou being in the Archery club and missing the target exactly once - when he deliberately wanted to miss. It's some weird thing with how he perceives shooting that makes him perfectly accurate.

That Mad Rat Dead stream was a great early Mori one. It was her relaxing after work, the game was nice, and she revealed some of her early musical connections.
The first few months always feel like a dream when looking back.
