As far as my personal observations go, Fauna's audio sounds too flat with little highlights, whereas Noel's audio has varied contrast, including higher pitched squeaks, softer whispers, sounds where you clearly perceive distance or movement and other moments that stand out. These highlights are what cause the tingles and that is the major difference between Fauna's and Noel's content, in my opinion.
I'm not sure if this difference comes from mic configuration, sound source placement or something else, but Fauna should definitely try to get an advice or two from Noel in regards to these technicalities.

Noel has two things going on for her: Experience and a better setup and configuration. In the case of Fauna I think that the mic performance is being gimped either by some piece of equipment connected to it or by a not so good configuration.
