I've had a new thought on myth laziness recently. I know everyone assumes myth gets 50% of merch, because that's what Kson implied, but she she was a 4th Gen HoloJP. If cover genuinely didn't expect EN to do well they might have a shit deal. Idk I'm not saying it's true, I'm just trying to picture what could kill Gura's motivation so hard, without just saying she's lazy. Making lots of money for your boss without what feels like adequate compensation could do that. I'd stick to purely contractual obligations and not one oz more of effort too.

If Cover thought Myth wasn't going to succeed, it makes sense to give them 50% of merch if the regular rate is like 10%-15%.
They'd have wanted the Myth girls to have made at least some kind of living, so they gave them as big a revenue share as possible so even with hypothetical relative low numbers, they'd be able to stream full time.
