That's not how it works, any chuba has buffs/debuffs inherent to her/him, the best one can do is to minmax how both of those are shown, the model buff depends of the quality, if it's good it's a buff, if it's shit is a debuff, lore is not a buff nor debuff on itself, it can only be a buff later on when something happens according to the lore, even if you have a good model it can be useless if the soul doesn't fit the body (ie a hag voice and personality in a loli model), the only way colors can be a debuff is if they are too hard on the eye (ie Kiara's original model) there is no color buff, that some of the most popular chubas happen to be blue right now is a coincidence plus survival bias, there where other colors on top before blue and no one would say they were buff colors. Finally, if your content is debuff in nature (apex, male collabs, kusogacha) it won't matter how fancy is costume you wear
