As someone that used to be a high 2view/low3view streamer, a lot of your input will come from your audience in addition to management.
Assuming henmama isn't completely dumb, they'll have training towards this sort of thing and can guide Shiori in the correct direction if / when she needs it. The audience will give a general idea and it's good to overlap both.
Big example: male collabs, audience will say they're ok with it because they're a bunch of yesmen. Manager will say no, it's not a good idea, overlay both and your overall answer would be "No."

Let's put it another way.
If shiori hearts my writing, I interpret that as "My writing was good enough to warrant that. Cool."
If no heart one day, I intepret that as "I could have done better, oh well next time."
That's it. There's no deeper meaning or thinking behind it.
When I first got hearts from the indie I follow I would be super happy and then thought "If I don't get one next time, I might feel sad."
Eventually I got so many that I no longer saw it as a happy or sad thing. Just another moment of "Cool this happened."

I don't think anyone is stopping you from feeling great when she hearts your comment, story, reads your superchat, etc etc. That's a good thing, take pride in it. I think the problem becomes when one hyperfixates on not being noticed, recognized and falls into a depressive. I find it really neat that Shiori is encouraging people to participate more with her and her prompts and community in general. I'd encourage others to do the same, if they feel comfortable with doing so. Shiori has already said that your comfortability with your level of participation will dictate how involved you want to get, and she acknowledges and appreciates people who lurk too. I get it though. Honestly, I don't know. I'd probably view at least some of it as writing on a different vector to what she wants to see and what she likes, sure. But I don't think it'd mean my writing is bad? Well, it's bad anyhow, but that's not the issue. Shiori is her own person with her own likes and dislikes too, after all. Just means that I'm writing things that aren't suited to her taste.
